It Started In... Adelaide!

Why Hello there!
While I'm sure I've been terribly busy...
I can hardly remember a thing I've been up to...

It must have started with Racewear Induced Amnesia... here's it half way through my machine.  I didn't sleep much that week!... But all sooking aside; I'm really happy with the outcome - and if you look back to the sketches.... It's pretty true-to-life; anyways - who actually cares for anything apart from IT LOOKS AMAZING!  And I invite anyone and everyone who reads this to come along to the TAFE SA RACEWEAR PARADE, October 30th, and the Jekyll Hyde dress will be there!

I am still obsessed with Gone With The Wind;

So many wonderful and delicious places to explore @ the Central Markets, it makes me feel so lucky that we have something like that in Adelaide!  I spent a Friday just wandering... then a D&M/Cocktail date with a BFF... Absolutely bliss!

Was fairly impressed when I showed my Mum that she knew exactly where it was....

Had my first Fashion Parade @ work;
Had visits from my olds, from BFFs and interstate friends!
Had way too many assignments... but love it.

Off to Melbourne tomorrow...

Good Girls Don't Make History;

So.
It's been a very busy few weeks!

Some big changes:
I have a new job!
Working as a retail stylist in a concession store in Myer;
and it's definately a step in the right direction-
Been a bit rough working 2 jobs + TAFE + well... life!

Also had my photo taken for the local newspaper.
LOL.



Gilles Street has been taking a MASSIVE chunk of my time,
But that merits a post of it's own!

My Shannan had his 26th Birthday <3
And we had a fantastic night at the Coopers Alehouse with our
nearest and dearest... x



Trying to stay inspired muchly...
Plotting many adventures for the holidays!

Had an amazing dinner date with Nic-Nic, Ryley, Kye and Sarie two Mondays ago;

Anyways; LONG over due and just left me with a giant smile all week!

Friday evening was Tashes Bday
$2 Gin and Tonics.
Gosh yes!
Not to mention; fantastic company again!
And D&Ms with people you've known for ages...
D&Ms with new lovelies; and lots and lots more smiles!

Evening in with the boy. Sounds lame?
I needed it... x

Sunday was my vintage themed day!
Catching up @ the North Adelaide Vintage Market

Then spent the afternoon with my Grandparents.

Always remember to smell the roses.



It's always a little hard visiting them;
Just makes my heart hurt but my Grandpa had some good advice that he lives by:

"I can and I will"

And he as overcome so much in his life;
kicking it into almost an Octogenarian era!
So it must be good...



Sunday evening spent @ the "brother in laws"
Acted taxi; had dinner @ 11-30pm (at East Taste again, BOOYAH)
Picked up people from broken down cars;
Shared icecreams...
Continued into Monday (LONG WKEND!!!! Lest we forget...)
I just didn't want to come home.

And really should have got more done!

But needed some reprieve!
So here's to another week....
